With the Lilac Basics patterns you can sew these doll clothes for Bitty Baby dolls 38cm tall:

All clothes are suitable for beginners. The sleeper and footie pants have small shoes attached and even if they are small, the attached shoes are also easy to sew.
All patterns are suitable for medium weight knitted, jersey and stretch tricot fabrics. When you mix and match the fabrics in the clothes you only need a few designs and colors.
The pattern consists of ready-to-cut paper pieces that will allow you to sew and make the clothes you see. All pattern pieces are full size so you can print, cut and start. A complete description explaining how to sew the doll clothes, with full-color picture of all the clothes, is included with the pattern. These are European style patterns and seam allowance is not included in the pattern pieces. All measurements are metric.
The dolls in the photos are my personal American Girl® Bitty Baby® dolls, 38cm. I have designed these clothing patterns especially to fit these dolls but PLEASE NOTE that my patterns are NOT official American Girl® Bitty Baby® doll clothing patterns. I create all patterns by hand at home and I have no affiliation in any way or with any doll manufacturer whatsoever.
