Why do we ask for your address when we don't ship anything? It's the law, we have to ask. We have to ask your address because Sales Tax/VAT/BTW/Mehrwertssteuer needs to be determined. If we don't have your address then we don't know if you have to pay sales tax. That's all.
My address is not accepted on the website! You need to pick your country first. Once you have picked your country, the address fields will adjust and you can fill out your address.
How can I pay for my patterns? We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Paypal and Apple Pay.
Can I pay with my bank account? At this point no other way of payments, other than the one mentioned above are available. The shopping cart needs a safe and digital payment processor to open the download function after payment.
